Sponsor a Child

The Pan De Vida Sponsorship Program provides ongoing financial support to the children living at the Pan de Vida shelter through monthly donations made by PDV sponsors. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, our children receive the food, shelter and education that they desperately need. Sponsorships are particularly valuable because they provide a consistent source of support that we can plan on every month.

We invite you to experience first-hand the difference that sponsorship makes in the life of a child. As a sponsor you may choose to support a specific child of any age living at Pan De Vida. 100% of your sponsorship donation goes directly to support the most basic necessities of the children of Pan De Vida, including:

  • Safe shelter
  • Clean water and healthy food
  • Loving staff
  • Basic health care and medications
  • Quality education
  • Spiritual development programs

 

What Sponsors Receive

  • A welcome letter from Executive Director Esther Tijerina
  • Photo of the child
  • Personal history of the child
  • Personal correspondence from staff or the child, including prayer requests
  • The opportunity to visit the sponsored child at Pan De Vida


Cost of Sponsorship
The full cost to sponsor a child is $300/month. However, individual sponsorships begin at $30/ month and can be made in incremental amounts: $30, $50, $75, $100, $150 or $200 a month, or a full sponsor contributing $300 a month. The monthly transactions can be automatically charged to your credit card or drafted from your bank account on a monthly basis. Length of Commitment
You are able to cancel your sponsorship at any time. Simply notify the PDV Sponsorship Program Director via email of your request. If your child leaves the shelter you will automatically be notified and given the option to sponsor another child. PDV will recommend a new sponsor child for you.
